Apron Covers
Manufactured from extruded aluminum profiles, these shutters feature a robust, slat-type construction.
Our machine shutters are resistant to hot chips (contact heat up to 300 °C), oils, greases, and coolants.
Key advantages include long service life and quick, easy installation.
The shutter thickness is 5.5 mm, with a 20 mm spacing between slats.
Walk-On Shutters / Pit Covers
We offer shutters with thicknesses of 14 mm and 25 mm, designed to cover pits or areas where there is a risk of personnel falling.
Our walk-on shutters are manufactured from hardened, tempered aluminum with special anodizing. They are corrosion-resistant and withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C.
Guide Wipers
Guide wipers, also known as scrapers, help protect machine sliding surfaces that are continuously exposed to dust, chips, and dirt.
They are manufactured with a polyurethane wiping lip and a stainless steel support profile, providing excellent wiping performance while withstanding continuous temperatures between 100 °C and 130 °C.
They are suitable for use with acids, coolants, and oils, and are supplied in standard 1000 mm lengths, profiled and ready for installation.
