Characteristics

Straight bellows

  • Adaptable to any shape of guide.
  • Protective covers totally impermeable to liquids (drilling fluids, oils, etc. ).
  • Unwarpable protective covers.
  • Speeds of up to 200 metres per minute.
  • Versions: vertical, horizontal and transverse.
  • Shapes: square, rectangular, octogonal, etc, and others depending on customer’s requirements.

Straight bellows

  1. Pleated protective nylon cloth with PVC coating on either side.
  2. Intermediary PVC stretch frames.
  3. Join between the folds and the intermediate PVC frames, using high-frequency welding.
  4. Metal frames for securing the bellows to the machine.
  5. Intermediary slides.

With stainless steel plates

These are used in cases where there are hot chips, in all positions - horizontal, vertical and transverse. They may also be used when liquids such as acids, oils, etc. , are used.

Opening systems

For very heavy vertical protective elements, tecnifuelle has a number of opening systems.

SYSTEM 1

Stretching device using staples located on the support frame, on as many folds as required, depending on the size of the bellows.

SYSTEM 2

Scissors-type stretching device, ideal for elements that are not guided by the intermediary frames.

Ways of securing ends to the machine

  • In the system with steel frames, the anchoring type and anchoring holes must be specified by the customer.
  • In systems where Velcro is used to fasten the bellows, one side is joined to the end frame of the bellows and, the other to the frame of the machine.
